Spring Fling

We love our neighborhood! It seems like every year they are doing something new and fun. This year they put on a fun spring fling right around the corner from our house at the pond. They stocked our pond so that everyone could enjoy some great fishing, and they even provided the bait! They had face painting, caricature drawings, and a plethora of food trucks (which were VERY yummy). We strolled down there to check it all out, and we were not disappointed!
We got some yummy lunch and parked it under a shade tree. It was a PERFECT day for this!

We went too! Well... actually let me rephrase that... we saw it then left after we couldn't find a spot to squeeze in to fish. So we went to Bear Creek Park and fished there :) Wish we had come back though to enjoy all the other festivities though! Fun times!!! Glad y'all had a great time!!
